Structural Specifications & Quality

  • Large 127mm x 127mm Posts: These substantial posts come standard with New England caps, offering a traditional and robust finish.
  • Heavy-Duty Rails: Features a 150mm x 50mm bottom rail equipped with an internal aluminum stiffener to prevent sagging over long spans.
  • Advanced PVC Material: Manufactured from pearl white 100% virgin vinyl containing the highest levels of non-chalking TiO2 (titanium dioxide) UV stabilizers and impact modifiers to withstand harsh Australian conditions without rotting, rusting, or peeling.

Design & Functionality

  • Picket Configuration: Each panel features 17 pickets set into the top and bottom sections, providing a premium quantity compared to standard designs while ensuring excellent airflow.
  • Bottom Panel: Includes a VJ style bottom panel for a classic dress picket appearance.

Gates & Customization

We offer a large range of matching 1500mm high swing gates in 900mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm widths, as well as sliding gate options. Double 1500mm gates can be combined to create a 3.0m wide swinging entry.

Availability & Installation

Materials are typically in stock at our Drayton, Toowoomba yard with approximately a one-week lead time for packing. As an online supply business, we offer technical DIY support for installation and can provide referrals to fabricators for specialized items like slider frames.
