Premium Range PVC Fencing Products are available for collection from our Drayton Warehouse,

Prior arrangement for a suitable time and vehicle is needed for this location. Standard hours are 9 - 4 pm Mon to Fri.

Weekends pickups can be arranged from time to time.

Eco Line PVC Fencing products are available for collection from several locations across Toowoomba and Brisbane.

Each order will have a custom Pick-up option to best suit your needs, Standard collection is 9 - 4pm Mon to Fri. with option for collection time to alter.

Suitable vehicle to collect items with

The best vehicle to collect PVC fencing with is usually a flatbed single cap Ute.

All Picket and Privacy fences will have 2.4mt long materials and the usual pack sizes are 2.4mt long x 1.2mt wide. We can offer to hand load or forklift load the Premium range materials while the Eco Line range will be prepacked on a pallet and will require forklift loading only.

For Post and Rail fencing and arenas, the best options are Flat bed trailers and trucks, Large extra-long Horse floats may also be suitable.

If you do not have these options, call us to discuss an alternative.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Premium PVC

PVC Fencing Queensland handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Premium PVC only

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Resallable, Unmarked and Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of PVC Fencing Queensland.

Eco Line PVC

Due to the fact that we are the purcurrer of the Eco Line PVC, There is no option for refunds.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of PVC Fencing Queensland.

Digital goods are delivered immediately. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of QLD and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and pvcfencingqueensland.com.au that results in litigation, then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of QLD.

You may return most new Premium Range PVC, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

As Eco Line PVC is purchase from a third-party Supplier, we need to firstly contact that supplier with your return request and final return decision will be made by that supplier. Any refund will be made after financial credit has been paid back to PVC Fencing Queensland and cleared.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to almost any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
